I hope that 911 operator in Detroit gets fired and sued and held personally accountable for that mother's death.
I mean, hell, I want to beat the shit out of her and I don't even know the family involved.
This is one of those situations that is so outrageously bad that it's overwhelming. You are a 911 operator, if someone calls for an emergency then you send a fucking police officer over. If it's a prank call, let him write the person up, but you send him anyway!
